Tasting notes

The Pinot Grigio of the Idi Di Marzo estate is harvested manually in the vineyards on the hillside in the towns bordering the territory of Villamagna, where the sea breeze melts with the sudden temperature ranges due to the proximity of the mountain to the sea. The collection is manual in the first days of September, when the summer heat leaves room for the first downpours. In the cellar the grapes are softly pressed and the skins immediately separated from the musts which ferment at controlled temperature for over twenty days. Then follows a short refinement of two months in steel tanks and one month in the bottle.

With a pale straw yellow color, it has a fresh scent of daisies and an attack of Pineapple, which we then find in the mouth with greater intensity and persistence until reaching the citrus finish. It goes perfectly with white meats, crudités and fish second courses.
